do architects have to show gardens in their plans. If are enclosed does this have to be clearly marked?

I am referring to a development of nine houses in the village I live. They are being built within a conservation area on what was the village green . It appears to be open plan as there are no divisions marked for gardens on the plans. There is however planting shown along with exsisting trees. Should the plans show the houses with gardens if there are going to be gardens.

  1. Yes ours did for the zoning and permits to be issued. They also wanted to know exactly what was to be planted.
  2. Hi: I am a landscaper and designer. Any good architect will give you all the details and right measurements for whatever project they are doing. If the project is enclosed all dimensions should be mapped out. Whether it is a architect that does blue prints on construction or landscaping, he or she should cross every T and dot every I. This is a given when you are trying to show a client what you visualize. Each client is an individual and that is why it is so important that you give them simple and complete drawings, keys and anything else. Hope this helps some and if you need any further help, please feel free to contact me at the website. I will link you to my examples of landscape design section. I have detailed color pencil drawings of a variety of gardens and landscape projects. Each design also has a design key. I am not an artist but my goal is to have each client visualize the plant specimen and also a brief description. I will also link you to my site map as this page has everything that is on the website. Browse through and see if you can get any other information on any landscape need you may have. Good luck to you and have a great day! Kimberly http://www.landscape-solutions-for-you.com/examplesoflandscapedesigns.html http://www.landscape-solutions-for-you.com/Site.html
