What kind of boat is this and where can I buy or get plans to build one?
This boat has floats like a catamaran or party bardge with an outboard motor and just 2 seats or so. It is a very small boat, under 12 feet long. Does anyone know the name of this boat and if you can build or buy it?

- There are small pontoon boats like that for fishing. Jon boats are sometimes made with tubes on the bottom like pontoons for fishing. Try boatingworld or goboating.
- A pontoon? you can go to any marina to buy one of those. They're pretty relatively cheap too.
