1. Do you plan to build one? If so, check out http://www.Glen-L.com The plans there won't be free, but they'll be good. If you're going to go through the expense and effort of building a boat, then my suggestion is to make sure you start with quality plans.
2. Do you plan on actually building this boat? Then you should know that having a set of professionally drawn plans would save you invaluable time, material, and money when building, and you'll more likely have a boat that is more fuel efficient, better handling, and safer than something you come up with on your own. Buying a set of professionally designed and drawn plans will be better for you in the long run.
3. There are a lot of free plans around, but, most will be less than 30'. The time involved to draw plans for larger boats usually requires some money. Here you can look at some free stuff. "Sportsman" is only 18'. What good here, you may try something small to get the feel of boat building. http://www.svensons.com/boat/ Here are some plans you would have to buy. "Salimina" is 39' and I think the plans are only $55. http://www.boat-links.com/Atkinco/Cruisers/index2.html Mr. Atkin and his son (Both now deceased) have designed some very nice boats. I would believe most any person that has built any boats to some extent will know of The Atkins Boats. Bruce Roberts has designed many boats. Well built boats of this caliber command top dollar in the boating world. As you will see, so does his plans. http://www.bruceroberts.com/
4. Look up George Buheller. He designs the Deisel Ducks. He sells stock plans and has sketches of his designs on his website. He also has study plans for a reasonable price. You won't get working drawings for nothing. The cheapest way is to buy a stock plan.
