Free Woodworking Plans

I would like to know where I can get plans to build a boat about 14ft for fishing and can use a small motor on

i would like to use a plank system or plywood with a frame using chines or ribs for support and strength.Also i would like the back part of the boat closest to the stern to be flat.Free plans would be great but am willing to pay for plans also.
